💤 Change of Mind
Because many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we cannot always accept change-of-mind returns. However, if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, we’ll do our best to assist or offer store credit where possible.
⚙️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email hello@thesleepdoctor.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will replace or refund the item once verified with our supplier.
⏳ Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📦 Return Address
Some items may need to be returned directly to the supplier’s warehouse. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Please note: we cannot accept returns for used personal-care items such as pillow sprays, masks, or sleepwear for hygiene reasons.
