📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes
Because we source some of our items from specialist suppliers (including international manufacturers), delivery can take:
- New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
- Other regions: 15–25 business days

We aim to deliver sooner wherever possible. You’ll always be updated if your order takes longer than expected.

🌍 Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Please allow a few days for tracking information to appear once your parcel leaves the warehouse.

International orders may be subject to local taxes or customs duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
